The Muncy Township Board of Supervisors has taken legal action in response to a recent court order in order to preserve the Township’s rights and maintain the status quo. As this matter is currently in active litigation, the Township is limited in what it can publicly discuss. The Board will continue to follow all applicable laws, ordinances, and legal procedures as the process moves forward. We appreciate the public’s understanding and will provide updates as appropriate.
